Comfort in a noisier stay

The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed were notable. The staff's friendliness made a great first impression, adding warmth to our visit.

However, the noise from the nearby train caused interruptions during the night, making it hard to sleep. This unexpected disturbance was disappointing given the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

For families, I recommend bringing a microwave as there's none in the room. Dining at The Bistro may require patience, so consider nearby options for quicker meals.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and honestly, it was a disaster. The sheets were dirty, and there were toenails all over the floor. I had to go back down to complain about the A/C not working. Got moved to another room with just one bed, which was way cheaper. My son had to sleep on a broken pull-out bed, which was a total letdown. I felt like I was fighting to just get a decent room. Super frustrating experience!
